This study is aim to observe the impact on that how aerobic gymnasts recognized Charismatic leadership on payer satisfaction, team cohesion, and perceived performance in aerobic gymnasts. To accomplish this aim, all the data have been collected from 197 aerobic gymnasts using survey of self-administration method. All the collected data above analyzed by SPSS 15.0 program for the descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis. Statistical significance was set up p＝.05. The results are follows. First, Charismatic leadership has affected team cohesion of aerobic gymnasts. Second, Charismatic leadership has affected on player satisfaction of aerobic gymnasts. Third, Charismatic leadership has affected on perceived performance of aerobic gymnasts. In conclusion, Satisfaction, team cohesion, and perceived performance of Aerobic Gymnasts are affected by charismatic leadership. Therefore, aerobic gymnasts’ leaders are required to try to boost aerobic gymnasts motivation on potential growth as well as to have a potential goal and hope in the future with leader’s exemplary behavior.
