This study includes a survey conducted among Youth sports club masters in Seoul and Kyeonggi area from July 20 ∼ August 5, 2010 with 250 questionnaires, 213 among which were collected and then those with insincere answers and too excessive errors to analyze were excluded. Total 213 questionnaires were examined in the end, and the result is as follows: First, to analyze the correlation of factors, correlation analysis was conducted, and it turned out that most of the factors are highly correlated. Second, to clarify the affect of organization justice on work satisfaction, organization commitment Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were conducted, and it turned out that the factors are statistically correlated. The comprehensive conclusion based on the result of this study is as follows: For directors, the youth sports club managers, to settle issues whether there are enough consulting and opinion exchange with directors, turned out to have great influence on directors satisfaction, affection. As youth sports club become as big and systematic as corporations, awareness of this organization justice will be increased. Thus, directors and chief directors, the higher class of youth sports clubs should take forth efforts to develop creative programs as well as systematic organization management programs related to compensation, performance rating etc., which is the way to quickly adapt to ever changing structure of youth sports club halls.
