The purpose of this is study was to identify the influence that the styles of leadership on the employee’s commitment and the turnover intention of an administrator in the public sports center. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which Styles of Leadership Scale as amended and supplemented by Bass(1994), and Commitment and Turnover Intention Scale as amended and supplemented by Mowday & Steers(1979). 220 subjects were selected from the employee in the public sports center by the stratified cluster sampling method. among these selected subjects, 217 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Multiple correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS/PC+ version 15.0. The following results were obtained: 1. Continuous Commitment differ statistically and significantly according to sex and work experience of an administrator in the public sports center. 2. It was found that the Styles of Leadership has an influence on the Employee’s Commitment of an administrator in the public sports center. 3. It was found that the Styles of Leadership has an influence on the Turnover Intention of an administrator in the public sports center. 4. It was found that the Commitment has an influence on the Turnover Intention of employee in the public sports center.
