A study on the improvement of indoor air quality in The Elderly Nursing Homes using simulation

The studies related to indoor air quality Of nursing facilities in the country case are lacking, particularly the study regarding odor and indoor air quality environment had not been conducted. In this study, measured the diffusion characteristics of indoor air pollutants in the nursing facilities, analyzed to identify the wider variety of pollutants diffusion characteristics of nursing facilities through a CFD based on on-site measurement and analysis and furthermore, derived the most appropriate way in nursing facilities by comparing and reviewing the energy usage of nursing facilities.

국내 연구사례에서 노인요양시설의 실내공기질 관련연구가 미흡한 실정이며, 특히 냄새와 관련된 실내공기질 환경에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않았었다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 노인요양시설에서의 실내오염물질의 확산특성을 측정하였고 현장측정 분석결과를 바탕으로 더 다양한 노인요양시설의 오염물질 확산특성을 CFD를 통해 분석하여 특성을 파악하고 나아가 에너지 사용량을 비교 검토하여 노인요양시설에서의 가장적합한 환기방식을 도출하였다.
