In order to provide the human activities and amenities of the urban environment, service network environment should form through user-based and personalized service in the new city. This service network environment can be grouped acts between people and should be able to use a variety of convergence acts. First, human-centered technology and the urban environment should combine and converge, then understanding the concept of digital amenity can define and enhance the urban amenity. Second, collecting information of activity and specific useful tools are required for the urban management. Third, information of urban space based on the advanced IT technology should be usable and sharable through a service network model. This service network model is looking for a way to enable the urban space.

새로운 도시의 인간활동과 도시환경에서 어메니티를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자 기반 맞춤형서비스를 통해 사람과 사람간의 행위가 서로 그룹핑이 되며, 다양한 행위가 융·복합적 사용이 가능할 수 있는 서비스 네트워크 환경을 형성해야 한다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 인간중심의 기술과 도시환경을 융·복합하여 도시의 어메니티 정립과 증진을 위한 디지털 어메니티(Digital Amenity)개념의 이해가 필요하다. 둘째, 도시관리를 위한 동적 정보 수집과 구체적인 활용 도구가 요구된다. 셋째, 첨단 IT기술을 바탕으로 도시공간정보를 공유하며, 활용할 수 있는 서비스 네트워크 모델을 통해 도시 공간 활성화 방안을 모색한다.
