‘Iching’ are able to use for interpreting the principle of all things, dividing all thing into four thinks. DNA which is the unit to compose lives has the principle of all creations in common with ‘Taegeuk’, ‘Yin and Yang’, ‘Four phenomena’, ‘Bagua’, ‘Sixty-four hexagrams’ that are the basic structure of ‘Book of Changes’. In 1980s, ‘Wangpeizhi’ announced to the academic journal, ‘Chemistry of Life’ his opinion about the correlationship of genetic information and ‘Bagua’, ‘Sixty-four hexagrams’ from Iching. Upon this opportunity, many epidemiologists and medical scientists took note of the study on relationship between Taegeuk, ‘Four phenomena, Bagua, Sixty-four hexagrams and genetic codes, and then it had arrived the period when a lot of studies showed. In 1984, ‘Chenxinhua’ rendered great services to the studies of Book of Changes by presenting the paper which genetic codes are a unit with Sixtyfour hexagrams. ‘Caihengxi’ announced the ‘Mid pole’ hypothesis that explains the connection between genetic codes and Bagua in the same year. ‘Yangyushan’ usually described Bagua of basic codes in 1988. Yangyushan claimed that ‘Strong nucleic acid’, namely C and G represent Yang Yao and that ‘Weak nucleic acid’, namely U and A do ‘Yin Yao’. I can searched for their own opinions and grounds about the interrelationship between Iching and genetic codes, referred to ‘Taegeuk, Yin Yang, Four phenomena, Bagua and DNA’ published by Wanghongji, ‘Calculation in genetics and that in image-number school of Yi’ from Lishuqing, ‘Book of Changes Sixty-four hexagrams, Relationship between genetic code and information' from Shanglelin and ‘The Iching and the genetic code’ from Zhangzunan, Liangzhaonan. These studies approach in modern scientific ways in order to assume whether it is right or not. I compared genetic codes with Gua of Iching. In addition, I made the chart of DNA and Iching Sixty-four hexagrams in the body of paper by studying the relationship between Iching and DNA.

주역은 만물을 사상으로 나누어 모든 만물의 생성원리를 해석 한 것이다. 생명체를 구성하는 단위인 DNA와 역 경의 기본구조인 태극, 양의, 사상, 8괘, 64괘는 모두 만물 생성원리라는 공통점을 가지고 있다. 1980년대 중국의 ‘왕배지’는 「생화통신」학술지에 <주역의 8괘 및 64괘와 유전정보의 상관성>에 관한 견해를 발표하였다. 이를 시작으로 중국의 많은 역학자 · 의학자들은 태극, 양의, 사상, 8괘, 64괘와 유전자 3연체 코드 간에 관계성 연구에 주목하였고, 많은 연구 결과들이 쏟아져 나왔다. 1984년 ‘진신화’는 유전암호와 64괘가 일치된다는 논문을 발표함으로써 역경연구에 공헌한 바 있다. 또한 ‘채항식’은 유전암호와 주역 8괘의 관계를 설명하는 중극학설을 발표하였다. 이 후, 1988년 ‘양우선’은 “통용” 기본암호의 8괘를 서술하였다. ‘양우선’은 강형핵산 시토신(C)과 구아닌(G)은 양효를 대표하고, 약형핵산 우 라실(U)과 아데딘(A)은 음효를 대표한다고 보았다. ‘왕홍길’의「태극, 양의, 사상, 8괘와 DNA」, ‘이수청’의 「유전 산법과 역산산법」, ‘상악림’의「역경 64괘 · 유전암호 및 정보 관계분석」, ‘장조남’·‘양희남’이 발표한「주역과 유전암호」는 모두 주역과 유전암호를 논함에 있어서 모두 자신의 독특한 견해와 근거를 가지고 현대 과학적 접근방 법으로 그 진의에 대해 논하고 있다. 이러한 논문들을 주역의 괘와 비교하였다. 또한 ‘주역과 DNA’의 관계성을 연구 하여 DNA와 주역 64괘 표를 만들었다.
