The study aims to analyze influences on results of inauguration of enterprise by characteristics of young businessmen's inauguration with case of Young CEO Promoting Project in Gyeongsangbukdo. For this, at first, I examine relations between young businessmen's characteristics and business inauguration results by reviewing relevant theories and previous literatures and analyze characteristics of young businessmen' inauguration and influences by positive analysis on the case. The objects were young businessmen who were supported by Young CEO Promoting Project in Gyeongsangbukdo. In order to analyze them, I conducted survey by individual visits, e-mails and fax from Oct. 10th to Oct. 25th, 2011. Total 200 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 170 copies of them were recovered and the valid copies used for the analysis were 159. The answered questionnaires were analyzed with frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0. The main results of the study are summarized as follows. First, Characteristics of young businessmen were categorized into their desire to achieve, strategies of inauguration, support policies, sensibility of risk and results of inauguration. For desire to achieve, pursuit of achievement were highest and intention for achievement followed. Second, young businessmen's strategies of inauguration was highest in developing new product and followed by establishment of long-term strategies while technical and operational abilities were low. Accordingly, young businessmen seem to focus on developing new products and establishing strategies for mechanization of them. Third, for support policies for young businessmen, inauguration supporting fund were highest and it is necessary to prepare policies such as loan secured by technologies on young businessmen, linkage with venture capitals and supporting with policy funds. Fourth, for results of analysis on influences on results of inauguration of enterprise by characteristics of young businessmen's inauguration, desire for achievement, strategies of inauguration and support policies had influences on them. In other words, in case of systematic policy supports including establishment of long-term strategies, developing new products, offering space for inauguration and supporting marketing, it appeared to have positive influences on the results of inauguration of enterprise.

본 연구의 목적은 경상북도 청년CEO 육성사업을 사례로 청년창업가의 창업특성이 창 업성과에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 관련이론 및 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 청년창업가의 특성과 창업성과의 관계를 살펴보고, 청년창업가의 창업특성 과 영향요인을 분석하였다. 조사대상은 경상북도 청년CEO 육성사업을 통해 창업지원을 받은 청년창업가들이다. 청년창업가의 창업특성과 창업성과에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하 기 위해 2011년 10월 10일부터 25일까지 15일간 개별방문, 이메일, 팩스를 통해 설문조사 를 진행하였다. 설문지는 총 200부를 배부하였고 170부를 회수하였으며 분석에 사용한 유효부수는 159부이다. 조사된 설문지는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 상관관 계분석, 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년창업가의 특성을 청년창업가의 성취욕구, 창업전략, 지원정책, 위험감수성, 창업성과로 구분하여 살펴보았는데 성취욕구에서는 성취감 추구가 가장 높게 나타났고 실적지향성이 뒤를 이었다. 둘째, 창년창업가의 창업전략은 신제품 개발이 가장 높게 나타났고 장기전략수립이 뒤 를 이었다. 반면 기술적․기능적 능력은 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 청년창업가는 신제품 개 발과 이의 사업화를 위한 전략수립에 중점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년창업가의 지원정책으로는 창업지원금이 가장 높게 나타나 청년창업가를 대 상으로 기술보증 대출, 벤처캐피탈 연계, 정책자금 지원 등의 정책이 필요한 것으로 나타 났다. 넷째, 청년창업가의 창업특성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 성취욕구, 창업 전략, 지원정책이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청년창업가의 창업에 있어서 장기전략 수립, 신제품 개발, 창업공간 제공, 벤처캐피탈 연계, 마케팅 지원 등의 정책적 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
