The purpose of this study was to develop green technology education program fused with technology areas of Practical Arts Education. The specific objectives were as follows. First, green technology education program is developed by analysis of appropriate technology, Practical Arts Education curriculum, demand of teachers at the chalkface. After derived development criteria, contents is selected and organized. Second, through expert review, the program is modified and improved. In this study, development of the program took place in three steps of preparation, development, and enhancement. Basic data that analyzed teacher requirement, current curriculum, developed program was used. Through the developed green technology education program, students can understand positive and negative affect of technology and grasp the concept of appropriate technology. In addition, this program was set up to analyze appropriate technology features through example and participate in practical development activities. Specific activity subject and contents was composed of activities 'Technology and appropriate technology, appropriate technology exploring, solar cooker, bicycle water pump, Q drum, making appropriate technology, appropriate technology exhibition' and was organized into 14 classes that are related to the Practical Arts Education. The configuration of the program were separated by the cover page, table of contents, program overviews, activity guides. The activities were made up of teaching and learning plan, teacher resources, student resources.

이 연구의 목적은 실과 기술 영역과 융합된 녹색기술교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있 었다. 구체적인 목표는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 적정기술, 실과교육과정, 현장의 요구 등 을 분석하고 개발 준거를 도출하여 내용을 선정·조직하고 녹색기술교육프로그램을 개 발한다. 둘째, 전문가 검토를 통해 프로그램을 수정·개선한다. 이 연구에서는 준비, 개발, 개선의 3단계 모형을 구안하여 프로그램을 개발하였고 최 지연(2012)의 현장교사를 대상으로 한 요구도 분석 결과와 현행 실과 교육과정 및 기 개발된 교육 프로그램을 분석하여 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하였다. 개발된 녹색기술교육프로그램은 기술이 주는 긍정적이고 부정적인 영향을 이해하고, 적정기술의 개념을 파악하도록 하였다. 또한 적정기술의 예를 통해 그 특징을 분석하 고, 적정기술을 개발 및 활용의 목적과 직접적 개발 활동에 참여하도록 설정하였다. 구 체적인 활동 주제와 내용으로 ‘기술과 적정기술, 적정기술 탐색하기, 태양열 조리기, 자 전거 양수기, Q드럼, 적정기술 제품 만들어보기, 적정기술 전시회’ 등을 실과와 관련지 어 모두 14차시로 편성하였다. 프로그램의 구성은 표지, 목차, 프로그램 개요, 차시별 활동 안내로 구분하였고 각 차시별 활동은 교수학습 지도안, 교사용 자료, 학생용 자료 로 구성하였다.
