Maximizing not individual performance but team performance by business education is key concern of business education in these days. Team work training is usually educated by team project. However most business educators do not give any knowhow or information on how to do team work to maximize the performance of team project. They just set a team project and assume that if the students do the team project than the students can learn team work knowhow or process. This study verifies a hypothesis that training of DiSC Behavior type can improve team work performance by influencing team work process in business education. As results, understanding team member’s DiSC behavior style and assigning a role by team member’s DiSC behavior style can improve the education performance of team project. DiSC behavior style education improve the process performance of team work like team members communication, coordination, balance of member contribution, mutual support, cohesion, the consequential performance of team work like effectiveness, efficiency, work satisfaction, learning. These results suggest the orientation of DiSC behavior style of team member can improve the performance of business education which focus on or include the team work training.

최근 상업교과 교육에 있어서 팀원으로서 팀의 성과를 극대화하는 것에 대한 교육이 많은 관심 을 끌고 있으며, 이러한 교육은 주로 팀과제를 통하여 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 상업 교과 교육현 장 에서는 팀 과제를 부여하기만 할 뿐, 팀 과제를 어떻게 조직적으로 수행해야, 팀의 성과를 극대화 할 수 있는지에 대한 교육은 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최 근 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 DiSC 행동유형의 이해를 위한 교육이 상업교과목에서의 팀 과제를 수행 하여 성과를 높이는 데에 도움이 될 수 있는지를 검증하고 있다. 연구의 결과 팀 과제 수행 과정에 서 DiSC 교육을 통해 팀원들이 각각의 DiSC 성향을 인지하고, 이를 통하여 팀원들의 특성에 맞는 역할을 부여하는 것이 팀 과제를 통한 교육성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여주었다. 구체적으로 팀 원 사이의 커뮤니케이션, 조정, 공정성, 상호지원, 응집성 등의 과정적 성과와 팀 전체의 결과적 성 과라고 할 수 있는 효과성, 효율성 및 개인의 성과인 작업 만족도와 학습정도가 향상된 것으로 나 타났다. 이러한 가설 검증의 결과는 DiSC 행동유형에 대한 사전 교육의 적용이 상업 교과목 팀 과 제 활용 교육의 성과를 전반적으로 높여줄 수 있음을 시사한다.
