Many SME(Small-Medium sized Enterprise) have a high interest in smart work system, but overkill for the initial cost of the space management, information and communication infrastructure and lack of operational know-how let them hesitate against implementation. This study suggests a maturity model framework and measurement items for diagnosis and step-by-step improvements related to the current level of SMEs smart work. The technology-driven innovation theory and the components of Service Science are used as a theoretical background in order to design the smart work maturity model. Maturity model is consisted of two elements. One is the stage and the other is the category. Stage is composed of 5 steps as initiating–enabling– integrating–optimizing-retransforming. Category means the key enablers as 'people/workforce, business process and technology' that could make the companies are competitive. 5 different categories were identified as 'CxO Leadership & Shared Value', 'People & Management Structure', 'Mobility Innovation', 'Space Management' and 'Technology Infra'.
