In this paper, we consider the solution of environmental problems in the implementation of “green” economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Transforming the structure of the economy, focused on the sustainable patterns of consumption of energy resources and increasing greenhouse gases on the structure, which is based on the concept of eco‐efficiency and low carbon development, is the key to the sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This approach will provide enhanced environmental performance and resilience to climate change, and will promote viable and dynamic ecosystems. As well as low‐carbon development policies will be crucial for the sustainable development of economy and prosperity of the population.

본 논문은 카자흐스탄에서 “그린”경제(“Green” Economy)로 이행하는 데 관련된 환경문제들을 살펴보고자 하는 데 주안점이 있다. 현재의 경제 구조를 그린경제로 전환하는 것이 카자흐스탄 경제를 지속 가능하게 하는 방법이다. 특히 에너지 소비와 온실 가스 방출을 줄이는 에코 효율적인 발전전략을 수립할 필요가 요구된다. 이러한 방법은 환경 성과를 증진시키고, 실행가능하고 동태적인 에코 시스템을 촉진시킬 것이다. 또한 저탄소 개발전략도 지속 가능한 발전의 중요한 요소이다. 특히 카자흐스탄은 “그린” 경제로 전환하기 위한 일환으로써 정부 내에 환경보호 부서인 “Green Bridge” 부서를 신설하여 운영하고 있다.
