The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of teacher's satisfaction about the guidance of student teaching on self-esteem and conflict of teaching process of early childhood student teacher. The participants were 154 early childhood student teachers and 135 teachers in Chungcheongnam-do. The collected data were analyzed by t-test and multiple regression using the SPSS/PC Computer Program. The major results of this study were as follow : First, practice teaching caused gap of self-esteem between teaching process of early childhood student teachers and the staged application of a practice teaching showed significant influence on self-esteem of teaching process of early childhood student teacher. Second, teacher's satisfactions about the guidance of student teaching and their self-esteem have positive correlation. The result also indicated that the staged application of a teacher's satisfactions about the guidance of student teaching have positive effect on self-esteem and conflict of teaching process of early childhood student teacher, except for conflict among peers.

본 연구는 교육실습을 통한 예비 유아교사의 자아존중감 및 갈등과 교육실습 지도교사의 직무만족도와의 관계를 밝힌 연구이다. 연구대상은 예비유아교사 171명, 실습 지도교사145명이며, 교육실습 전후에 예비유아교사의 자아존중감 관련 도구를 사용하여 그 차이를 t검증을 통하여 분석하였다. 또한 교육실습 후에 실습지도교사의 직무만족도에 따른 예비유아교사의 자아존중감, 갈등의 관계를 SPSS 18.0 상관프로그램을 사용하여 비교·분석하였다. 연구결과에 따 르면 예비유아교사들은 교육실습 전후에 자아존중감에 변화가 나타났다. 또한 교육실습 지도교사의 직무만족도는 예비유아교사의 자아존중감 중 모든 하위 영역과, 예비유아교사가 교육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등들 중 “동료실습생과 의 갈등”을 제외한 모든 하위 영역과 정적인 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.
