The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between peer relationship and physical education attitude according to participation sport club of middle school students. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which peer relationship scale as identified by You(2011) and physical education attitude as identified by Park & Lee(2011). 400 subjected were selected from several middle schools in Seoul by the stratified cluster sampling method. Among these selected subject, 352 responded, and data analyses consisted of descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test and standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS 19.0 and Amos 18.0 version. The following results were obtained: First, peer relationship and physical education attitude differ statistically and significantly according to socio-demographic variables of middle school students. Second, peer relationship and physical education attitude differ statistically and significantly according to participation or non-participation of sport club of middle school students. Third, peer relationship scale statistically and significantly influences physical education attitude of middle school students
