This study is intended to analyze factors influencing over operation of research school of elementary school and its achievement factor and to identify an effect of research school operation factor influencing over operation achievement of research school. In order to investigate the purpose of the research, consideration of relevant literature and survey, research were performed in parallel. After carrying out questionnaire targeting 300 numbers of elementary school teacher working at Gwangju Metropolitan City and Chullanam-do, collected data was analyzed. Summary of result represented in this study is as follows. First, as a result of analysis through principal component analysis method and Varimax in order to summarize 37 question items for sampling influencing factor of research school operation into a few latent variables, factors of which eigenvalue was calculated to be over 1.0 were 7 kinds including report of result and dissemination, support, operation plan of research school, driving force of personnel in charge of research, cooperation of members, local community and condition of research school. Second, most of the factors influencing over operation of research school of elementary school were not statistically significant differences depending on sex, position, carrier, and working experience, but the difference was only a practical support factor. Understanding influencing factor of research school operation and achievement factor of research school may be helpful for eliminating difficulties to be caused by a gap between theory and reality and considering this, research school shall be operated efficiently by preparing a scheme through which operation achievement of research school could be enhanced.

효율적인 연구학교의 운영과 이에 대한 성과를 거두기 위해서는 연구학교 운영에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 이 연구는 초등학교 교사들의 인식을 토대로 연구학 교 운영에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고, 개인적 배경에 따라 이러한 요인들에 대한 교 사들의 인식에 차이가 있는지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 광주광 역시와 전라남도에 근무하는 초등학교 교사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였 다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 연구학교 운영 요인으로 추출된 요인은 결과 보고 및 일반화, 실질적 지원, 연구학교 운영 계획, 연구담당자의 추진력, 구성원의 협력, 지역 사회, 연구학교 여건의 7개이었다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사가 인식한 연구학교 운 영에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 성별, 직위별, 경력별, 연구학교근무경력별로 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 실질적 지원 요인만이 연구학교근무경력별로 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 나타났 다. 이처럼 연구학교의 운영에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이에 대한 교사들 의 인식을 이해하는 것은 효율적인 연구학교 운영은 물론 연구학교 추진 과정에서 겪는 어려 움을 극복하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
