Korean government have issued many policies of fishing villages tourism development. Among those policies, Consulting Aid for fishing village was aiming to improve the competency of villagers, which includes overall skills of self-governance of village, skills of organizing village resident and its empowerment, practical skills for management job of village business, abilities of developing tourism products and managements, skills related with developing village infrastructure and increasing their efficiency and effectiveness. However, those policy requires better understanding of requirements of residents and minimizing the mismatches among stake-holder’s of policies. This study is to find their perception difference on the importance of those competency related factors, which is supposed that consulting specialists can help villagers to improve them.

기존의 어촌관광개발 컨설팅 지원사업을 보다 효율적이고 효과적으로 개선하기 위해서는 정책집행자, 수요자, 그리고 컨설팅 전문가 사이의 요구사항의 미스매치를 발견하여 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 그러한 필요를 바탕으로 컨설팅 전문가에 대한 현실적인 요구와 관련된 대상 마을의 운영체계 전반, 마을의 활동조직 운영, 마을 실무자의 직무역량 개선과 교육, 관광 상품의 개발과 운용, 기반시설의 개발과 주변시설과의 연계 등에 관련된 해당 주체들의 컨설팅 중요도, 기대 등에 대한 태도를 조사하여, 그 차이를 비교분석하고 시사점을 도출하려 하였다.
