As the extension of Tourism Carrying Capacity theory (TCC), the Urban Tourism Carrying Capacity (UTCC) has attracted much attention of scholars since as tourism carrying capacity is an important part of city tourism carrying capacity, because of its research object attribute set is large and uncertainty，since the last century ,at the end of the nineties although there has been many scholars' attention, but the research mostly is studied by a single attribute angle of view, replacing the behavior of the whole. Study on the bearing capacity of existing tourism has gradually extended to the ecology, politics, economics, management science, sociology, research methods with the mathematics software development and Prudential is diversity. In view of this, this article tries in the tourism carrying capacity theory and the current city tourism carrying capacity theory based on the relevant research results, on city tourism carrying capacity from the overall and systematic perspective of theory building and using fuzzy AHP based multi-objective optimization method for touch, and to Tokyo as an example of the model through an empirical research, aimed at study on tourist carrying capacity for the city to provide ideas and reference.

今日、人的移動による国際観光人口は急速に拡大し、21世紀は人類の大交流時代だといわれるほど、地球規模に広がっている。しかし観光地としての自然資源と空間は再生不可能なもので、一定の観光人口量を許容する受容力、いわゆるCarrying Capacityがあるはずである。観光対象地の事業者は観光人口の増加により、観光経済の振興を期待するが、その限度を超えると、マイナス効果を招かざるを得ない状態にさらされやすい。現に一部の観光地にはすでにこの問題が生じている。本研究はこのような現状を踏まえたうえで、観光の持続可能な発展のために観光地観光受容力の指標を確立して観光受容力予測モデルを構築し、日中韓主要都市を対象として検証することを目的とする。
