This is because both China and Korea belong to the Confucian cultural sphere and the Sino-graphic cultural sphere, which makes exchanges between the two countries more convenient. In eighteenth Century, China is the world's cultural center, whose culture was the mainstream in East Asian cultures, and played a leading role in the cultural communication. This paper is to study how the culture of Qing dynasty spread into the North Korean dynasty, and its effect on the production of Northern Learning awareness, namely, the thought on Practical Learning.
