The strategy-making, environmental analysis, internal capability analysis, execution, and control are effectively conducted in the special and professional schools. The increasing employment for high school graduates in the public enterprises, banks, and conglomerates has spurred all specialized high schools to offer specialized programs such as accounting, finance, international trade and administration, logistics systems, international convention, industrial design, e-business, and so on. Especially, e-business sectors are the core areas of contents& software industry chosen as new growth businesses of key growth engines. This study is aimed at analyzing the educational needs for e-business oriented school specialization. Firstly, the analysis shows that the future performance potential will be more important than the present performance in terms of the specialized high school graduates. They will also make more contribution in the management of personnel and wage structure, the customer and marketing care, the business control, the office automation and informational resources, strategy and planning. Secondly, it is widely recognized that the program in the management of business will be more important in the future. The office program is highly emphasized in the present. However the program in the total enterprise resources will be focused in the future. Thirdly, the practice-oriented education is more helpful and useful in the interest of businesses instead of focusing on a certificate of qualifications in both the present and the future. Fourthly, in hiring the new workers from specialized high schools, activeness and faithfulness are more importantly considered than one's speciality. In conclusion, e-business related sector holds the high percentage of industrial demand in Jecheon. When it comes to making up a curriculum for the school specialization, a field of e-business reinforced the total enterprise resources are strongly asked. It indicates more emphasis on practical business ability and personality education other than certificate of qualifications.

본 연구는 학교 특성화는 전략 수립, 환경 분석, 내부역량분석, 실행, 통제가 효율적으로 이루어한다. 공기업, 은행, 대기업의 고졸 취업 확대에 따라 회계, 금융, 국제 통상, 물류, 국제컨벤션, 산업디자인, e-비즈니스 분야 등으로의 특성화를 추진하고 있다. 이중에서 e-비즈니스 분야는 신성장 동력산업으로 선정된 콘텐츠/소프트웨어 산업의 핵심 분야이다. 본 연구는 e-비즈니스 분야 학교 특성화를 위한 교육 필요성 분석연구이다. 첫째, e-비즈니스 분야 업무는 대부분의 영역에서 특성화고 출신의 현재 업무수행능력보다 미래의 업무수행이 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인사 및 급여 관리, 고객/마케팅관리, 영업 관리, 사무자동 및 정보자원관리, 전략 및 기획 관리에서 중요도가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비즈니스 업무 관리 프로그램 운영 능력 측면에서도 현재 보다는 미래가 더 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 특히 현재의 중요도는 사무프로그램이 가장 높지만 미래에는 전사적 자원관리 프로그램이 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상업정보계열 e-비즈니스 교육에서 현재와 미래 모두 자격증 위주의 교육을 지양하고 실습위주의 교육이 기업에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째로 특성화고 출신에 대한 신규 인력 채용할 때 중요하게 고려하고 있는 것은 현재와 미래 모두 적극성 및 성실성이 전공능력 보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 e-비즈니스 분야는 제천지역에서 산업 수요가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교 특성화 교육과정을 편성 시 전사적 자원관리(ERP)가 강화된 e-비즈니스 분야로의 학교 특성화가 필요하며, 자격증 위주의 교육보다는 실무 능력을 강화하는 교육 내용, 인성교육의 강화에 중점을 두는 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
