On the subject of seven areas of Cypripedium japonicum community were investigated into the Vascular plants in five times from the 26th of July, 2008 to 27th of May, 2011. Vascular plants of investigated regions were composed of 56 families, 87 genera, 83 species, 1 subspecies, 22 varieties, and 7 forms, totally 113 taxa. The dominant species of tree layer were Acer pictum subsp. monoi·Cornus controversa (plot 1), Prunus sargentii·Fraxinus mandshurica (plot 2), Acer pictum subsp. monoi (plot 3·6), Fraxinus mandshurica(plot 4·5), Cornus controversa(plot 7). The dominant species of shrub layer were Alangium platanifolium var. trilobum·Callicarpa japonica(plot 1), Fraxinus mandshurica·Magnolia sieboldii(plot 2), Fraxinus mandshurica(plot 3), Deutzia glabrata(plot 4), Alangium platanifolium var. trilobum(plot 5), Staphylea bumalda(plot 6), Weigela subsessilis(plot 7). The dominant species of herbage layer were Sasa borealis·Dryopteris crassirhizoma·Hydrangea macrophylla var. acuminata(plot 1), Sasa borealis·Dryopteris crassirhizoma(plot 2), Dryopteris crassirhizoma(plot3·5), Sasa borealis(plot 4·6·7). The common vegetation of seven area were nine species Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Polystichum tripteron, Polygonatum inflatum, Paeonia japonica, Lindera obtusiloba Blume var. obtusiloba, Acer pictum subsp. mono, Actinidia arguta, Alangium platanifolium var. trilobum, Fraxinus mandshurica. Degree taxa of specially designated plants were III degree 3 species, II degree 2 species, I degree 5 species.

광릉요강꽃 군락지 7개 지역을 대상으로 2008년 7월 26일부터 2011년 5월 27일까지 5차에 걸쳐 관속식물 상을 조사하였다. 관속식물은 총 56과 87속 83종 1아종 22변종 7품종 등 총 113분류군으로 확인 되었다. 층위별 우점종 분석결과, 교목층의 경우 고로쇠나무, 층층나무(1번 조사구), 산벚나무, 들메나무(2번 조사구), 고로쇠나무(3 번·6번 조사구), 들메나무(4번·5번 조사구), 층층나무(7번 조사구)나타났다. 관목층의 우점종은 박쥐나무, 작살나무(1 번 조사구), 들메나무, 함박꽃나무(2번 조사구), 들메나무(3번 조사구), 물참대(4번 조사구), 박쥐나무(5번 조사구), 고 추나무(6번 조사구), 병꽃나무(7번 조사구)로 나타났다. 초본층의 우점종은 조릿대, 관중, 산수국(1번 조사구), 조릿대, 관중(2번 조사구), 관중(3번·5번 조사구), 조릿대(4번·6번·7번 조사구)로 나타났다. 7개 지역에서 공통으로 나타난 종은 관중, 십자고사리, 퉁둥굴레, 백작약, 생강나무, 고로쇠나무, 다래, 박쥐나무, 들메나무로 9종임며, 식물구계학적 특정식물은 III급 3종, II급 2종, I급 5종으로 나타났다.
