The vascular plants of sites in the Byeonsanbando National Park were listed 248 taxa; 73 families, 164 genera, 219 species, 23 varieties and 6 forms. Based on the legal protection species, endangered wild plants II were recorded; Abeliophyllum distichum, Iris koreana and rare plants (IUCN) by the Korea Forest Service and Korea National Arboretum, 5 taxa; Asarum maculatum, Ilex cornuta, Abeliophyllum distichum, Chionanthus retusus, Iris koreana and endemic plants, 8 taxa; Populus tomentiglandulosa, Asarum maculatum, Philoadelphus schrenckii, Pourthiaea villosa var. brunnea, Abeliophyllum distichum, Lonicera subsessilis, Weigela subsessilis, Iris koreana. Based on the specific plant species by floral region were total 39 taxa (15.7% of all 248 taxa of vascular plants); Abeliophyllum distichum in class V, 9 taxa (Acer palmatum, Ilex crenata, Idesia polycarpa, Mitchella undulata, Callicarpa mollis, Lonicera subhispida, etc.) in class III, Ostericum melanotilingia in class II, 28 taxa (Cyrtomium fortunei, Alnus hirsuta, Aphananthe aspera, Aconitum japuense, Semiaquilegia adoxoides, Pittosporum tobira, Orixa japonica, Meliosma myriantha, Euonymus japonica, Cayratia japonica, Elaeagnus macrophylla, Hedera rhombea, Lonicera praeflorens, Lophatherum gracile, etc.) in class I. Based on the naturalized plants, Ailanthus altissima and Robinia pseudo-acacia of sites in the Byeonsanbando National Park.

변산반도국립공원 고정조사구내의 식물상은 73과 164속 219종 23변종 6품종으로 총 248분류군이 확인되었 다. 식물상 중 법정보호종인 멸종위기야생식물 II급에 미선나무와 노랑붓꽃이, IUCN 평가기준에 따른 희귀식물은 개족도리, 호랑가시나무, 미선나무, 이팝나무, 노랑붓꽃 등 5분류군, 특산식물은 은사시나무, 개족도리, 고광나무, 떡 윤노리, 미선나무, 청괴불나무, 병꽃나무, 노랑붓꽃 등 8분류군이 확인되었다. 또한 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 V등 급에 미선나무, IV등급에 해당되는 식물종은 확인되지 않았으며, III등급에 단풍나무, 꽝꽝나무, 호랑가시나무, 이나 무, 호자덩굴, 새비나무, 털괴불나무, 청괴불나무, 노랑붓꽃 등 9분류군, II등급에 큰참나물, I등급에 쇠고비, 전나무, 물오리나무, 굴참나무, 푸조나무, 후박나무, 투구꽃, 큰꽃으아리, 개구리발톱, 개족도리, 돈나무, 예덕나무, 상산, 합다 리나무, 나도밤나무, 대팻집나무, 사철나무, 말오줌때, 거지덩굴, 장구밥나무, 보리밥나무, 오갈피, 송악, 정금나무, 이 팝나무, 올괴불나무, 천문동, 조릿대풀 등 28분류군으로 총 39분류군(전체 248분류군의 관속식물 중 15.7%에 해당) 이 확인되었다. 변산반도국립공원 고정조사구내의 귀화식물은 가죽나무와 아까시나무만이 확인되었다.
