Art Therapy of Affective Disorders through Integrating Medicine Cultures. Kim, Nan-Young․Lee, Sang-Un A man has a lot of feelings and emotions for various reasons. In humans huinoaerak(喜怒哀樂) is a normal emotional stress or reflects their affective states. It can be a main cause that mental illnesses has been brought about. Drug treatments were mostly under consideration in the past. However they have had many side effects, some of them are too negative to treat a matter lightly. Recently alternative treatment methods have been developed with multidirectional perspectives. Art Therapy is one of the most important and effective methods that deals with human mental and physical disorders. In this paper, Oriental art therapy techniques are highlighted not to figure out drug effects of oriental therapy but to try clinical applications. Art therapy is to find effective ways in conjunction the concept of integrative oriental diagnosis and medicine treatments as alternative medicine has studied in Western medicine cultures. The Method of this study is looking through a person's emotions with reactions and consultations on clients of Ears Acupuncture. Affective disorders are found by observing a more objective and comprehensive analysis on those of results. And then using various color techniques as art therapy applies to affective disorders. Especially Color contradistinctions could work on healing emotional problems. The notion of traditional natural dialectic diagnosis in Oriental medicine cultures grope for utilizations of art therapy and effective verifications of further clinical researches.
