This study aimed to design the model related to how elementary school principals' educational leadership affects the teachers' lifelong education flow. It employed the structural equation model to analyze the structural relationship between lifelong education flow variables. The findings from this study suggest that the elementary school principals' educational leadership directly affected the school teachers' teacher efficacy which was directly influenced by lifelong education flow. It is also observed that the principals' leadership does not influence lifelong education flow. On the other hand, the principals' educational leadership, when mediated by the teachers' teacher efficacy, indirectly affected the teachers' lifelong flow.

본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 평생학습 몰입 관련 변인들에 있어 학교장의 교육리더십이 교사효능감을 매개로 교사의 평생학습 몰입에 영향을 미치는가에 대한 연구모델을 구축하고 구조방정식을 이용하여 구조관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는, 첫째, 학교장의 교육리더십은 교사효능감에 긍정적 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사효능감은 교사의 평생학습 몰입에 긍정적 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교장의 교육리더십은 교사의 평생학습 몰입에 긍정적 직접 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교장의 교육리더십은 교사 효능감을 완전 매개로 교사의 평생학습 몰입에 간접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
