It is a important time for university students to be ready to find a good course and to give shape to their plans for the future according to their interest, ability and environmental factors in the career development stages. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and effect among the employment support service, involvement in major, satisfaction about university life, and career preparation behavior of and undergraduate. The scale was used to survey 219 university students. Multiple regression were employed to examine the hypotheses. It was found that employment support service associate positively with career preparation behavior, and the group mean score of sophomore and higher grades are significantly different. Based on these significant research findings, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

대학진학률이 높고 청년실업률이 상승하면서 대학 및 컨설팅 기업들의 취업지원서비스와 경력관리컨설팅에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 각 대학들은 취업률 상승이라는 목표를 설정하고 있으며 취업컨설팅 회사들은 학생과 대학을 대상으로 경력관리 및 취업지원서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 학생들이 자신의 미래를 준비하는 행동을 결정하는 다양한 요인들을 규명하는 것이다. 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며 219개의 데이터를 분석하여 취업지원서비스, 전공몰입, 대학생활만족도와 경력준비행동간의 직접적인 인과관계 및 이를 조절하는 변수(자기효능감, 학년, 희망진로)에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 취업지원서비스가 경력준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 2학년 학생집단과 3, 4학년 학생집단의 경력준비행동 평균점수차이가 유의미하게 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 요약과 토론, 시사점 도출 및 향후연구방향 등을 결론 부분에 제시하였다.
