Sport is behavior of compete own capacity through competition in good faith within rules. But in modern sport, some part of unethical conduct and a lack of sportsmanship are shown. It is the reality of sport that some are buying off some referees, doping or using performanceenhancing drugs to shorten records, and fixing matches to get some big money from it. These kinds of conduct are against the sportsmanship and this is more the tragic consequences of results oriented action than process-and-performance oriented one just for winning. This study states the problems and solutions of unethical sport in social, physical and moral issues. This study aims to take time for self-reflection of it and prevent athletes from unethical behavior through the howl. “No sportsmanship in sports anymore.”

스포츠는 룰이라는 틀 속에서 선의의 경쟁을 통해 실력을 겨루는 행위이다. 하지만 현대 스포츠에서는 일부 비윤리적, 비신사적 행위를 하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 승리를 위해 심판을 매수하고, 기록과의 싸움에서 이기기 위해 도핑을 하고, 돈을 벌기위해 선수를 매수하여 승부를 조작하는 모습이 스포츠의 현실이 된 것이다. 이러한 모습들은 스포츠 정신에 위배되는 행동이며 어쩌면 승리를 위해 과정을 보지 않고 결과만을 강조하고 그것을 눈여겨 보는 결과지상주의가 불러온 폐해일 것이다. 이연구는 이 같은 문제들로 인해 스포츠가 병들어 건강하지 않다는 것을 사회적, 신체적, 정신적인 부분으로 나누어 문제점을 제시하고 해결 할수 있는 방안에 대해 기술하고 있다. ‘스포츠가 죽었다’라는 외침을 통해 과거와 현재의 모습을 반성하고 다시는 이러한 문제들이 재발 하지 않도록 방지하며 스포츠를 살리는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.
