PR are not to let people know far and wide, but to relate with public, so it is Public Relations. And PR are not only building mutual relations between organization and public, but also caring for ecological communities including organization and public healthily. This community PR are based on ecoism meaning eco-centered thinking. Economism is one-dimentional problem which people eat and live well are important, but ecoism is more important and desperate problem which we all live or die. In the future, how can we solve the dissention and confrontation between left and right among economism, how can we solve the more fundemental dissention and confrontation between economism and ecoism. To solve the problems, we can based on the thoughts of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, John Lennon. Rousseau recommended community thoughts going back to nature out of existing tradition and structure. Proudhon recommended liberty thoughts inspiring with humanism out of capitalism and communism ideology. Lennon recommended peace thoughts living well out of violent suppression. We are fall in economism divided by left or right. So these community thoughts may indicate political vision and problem- solving method on the way to ecological communities. On this paradigm, we may recommend new topic of PR, that is PR politics.

PR은 널리 알리는 홍보가 아니다. 공중 관계다. 그리고 단지 조직과 공중 간의 쌍방향 관계만이 아니라 조직과 공중이 속한 생태적 공동체를 건강하게 가꾸는 일이다. 이러한 공동체 PR은 생태주의를 기반으로 한다. 경제주의가 잘 먹고 잘 사는 일차적 문제라면, 생태주의는 우리 모두 사느냐 죽느냐의 절실한 문제다. 앞으로 경제주의 안의 좌우 갈등과 대립, 더 나아가 경제주의와 생태주의의 보다 근원적인 갈등과 대립을 어떻게 풀어 갈 것인가? 그것은 바로 루소, 프루동, 레논이 생각했던 사상을 기반으로 할 수 있다. 기존의 전통적 인습과 체제에서 벗어나 자연으로 돌아가자는 루소의 공동체 정신, 자본주의와 공산주의의 이념에서 벗어나 자유로운 인간성이 고취되는 프루동의 공동체 정신, 폭력적 억압에서 벗어나 인간이 평화롭게 사는 레논의 공동체 정신! 이러한 공동체 정신은 좌우로 나뉜 경제주의에 함몰된 지금 이 시대의 극한 갈등을 넘어 생태주의 공동체로 가는 길에 대한 정치적 비전과 해결책을 제시하여 줄 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 ‘PR정치학’이라는 아직 모호하고 느슨한 화두를 조심스럽게 제안할 수 있다.
