The purpose of this study is to examine how the leadership types of physical education teacher affect the lesson satisfaction in a Middle School. To investigate the influence of the lesson satisfaction on the leadership types of physical education teacher, this study analyzed the total 386, co-educational students of Middle School located in S City and I City. Such data analysis as Frequency Analysis, Reliability Analysis, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis was carried. The following conclusion was deduced from this research method. Firstly, there is a significant difference in train type and direction type about the leadership types of physical education teacher by the sexual distinction. Also the leadership type difference of physical education teacher by the grade showed that there was significant difference in such all types as train and direction type, democratic behaviour type, authoritative behaviour type, social support type, and affirmative feedback type etc. Secondly, the significant difference in the lesson satisfaction by sexual distinction was not found. There was a significant difference in such all types as physical environment, instructional behaviour, physical ability, and physical score etc in the lesson satisfaction by grade. Thirdly, the leadership types of physical education teacher had a significant effect on the satisfaction of physical environment, instructional behaviour, physical ability, and physical score among subordinate factors of the lesson satisfaction.
