The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects sports center employee emotional labor and job burnout had on emotional deviance. This research was executed through the questionnaire given to 329 subjects who were employees of sports center located in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. SPSS 18.0 program was utilized and following conclusions were drawn as a result of carrying out exploratory factor analysis. reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis. 1) Emotional labor that had an effect on the job burnout of the employees working at sport center was frequency of emotional expression and emotional dissonance. 2) Emotional labor that had an effect on the emotional deviance of the employees working at sport center was emotional dissonance. 3) Job burnout that had an effect on the emotional deviance of the employees working at sport center was depersonalization by the employees of sport center. 4) Emotional labor and job burnout that had an effect on the emotional deviance of the employees working at sport center were depersonalization by the employees of sport center.
