A Study on the Effects Affecting Acceptance Attitude and Intention to UsA Use among Smart Phone User Groups

초록

영어

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of perceived usefulness and ease of use in Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) affecting acceptance attitude and intention to use among smart phone user groups.
The data were collected from the students with experiences of online lectures in one of the universities with smart-campus facilities. Utilizing time series data of recent three consecutive years, the study analysed differences on the effects of learning relevance, self-efficacy, subjective norms affecting perceived ease of use and usefulness between the smart phone user groups(group with high experience, low experience, no experience) before and after building smart campus.
The results of the study suggest that the university needs to structure the smart learning systems considering the usefulness of smart learning in order to increase the effectiveness of building the smart learning systems. Furthermore, the study argues that universities need to consider the learning relevance and subjective norm as important factors in perceived usefulness of smart learning.
Finally, the results considering the differences in smart phone user groups during three consecutive years could be the guideline for building smart learning systems.
