Group Play Therapy Oriented Creativity-Emotion Group Program for Creative Leadership on Children

Abstract: This study aimed to improving the creative leadership for children through the group play therapy oriented creativity-emotion group program. Drawing on the case study for group play therapy for improving social ability of children and the literature review for creativity and leadership were developed. The group play therapy oriented creativity-emotion group program were 7 elementary 3-4 grade student in 10 courses. As a result of this study, the group play therapy oriented creativity-emotion program has a positive influence on improvement of social relationship and leadership skills as well as sense of purpose, the ability of recreation, command, and goal achievement, namely creative leadership. specifically, we sought; 1) positive behavior, 2) creative problem solving, 3) positive interrelation. These results may have their significances in terms that it is useful program for developing child's creative leadership.
