In the 1950s, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea made the old small-peasant economy a part of the socialist reform in line with the concept of socialism, and started its agricultural cooperative movement in countrysides. According to the lines on socialism and the countryside policies of the DPRKLabor Party, the cooperative movement was thoroughly promoted ,which brought great changes to the peasant’s way of thinking, values, family structures, social relations and so on. This thesis compared the process of agriculture collectivize between China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, in order to to get deeper understanding of agriculture collectivize reform carried out in socialism circle of last century. Meanwhile, it will provide helpful lessons and reference for the future development of human society, through the study of this special political phenomenon happened worldwide.

1950년대 중반 중국과 북한은 모두 사회주의이념에 따라 사회주의적 개조의 일환으로 농 촌에서 농업집단화를 실행하였다. 중국과 북한의 농업집단화는 중국공산당과 북한노동당의 사회주의노선과 농촌정책에 따라 위에서부터 아래로 강력하게 추진되었는데 이는 농민들의 사고방식과 가치관, 가정구조와 사회관계 등 각 방면에 거대한 변화를 일으켰다. 본고는 중국과 북한의 농업집단화의 전반 실행 과정에 대한 비교와 고찰을 통하여 지난 세기 전사회주의권에서 실행되었던 농업집단화 운동에 대한 보다 실질적인 이해를 제공하고 자 한다. 아울러 국제적 범위에서 나타난 이러한 특수한 정치현상에 대한 연구는 오늘날에도 유익한 교훈과 계시를 줄 수 있다.
