This study of University students smart phone Usage to identify and smatr phone's addiction degree and resulting from the use of smart phones physical, mental health status is to understand the narrative. 185 Subjects who participated in this study were University student being measured by using a smart phone addiction tool. To summarize the findings, 185 Subjects who participated in this study were the initial addiction of smart phone users 66% and seem to be s sign of full addiction 17%. Especially, this findings showed relying on smart phone use, anxiety disorders, and interpersonal relationships. Meanwhile, physical symptoms included eyes train(31%), muscle aches(15%) and nervous system disorders(5%) appeared to be experienced. Throughout this study which recently increased the degree of addiction to smart phone users were identified and smart phones to target University students by examining the health status of smart phone addiction. To target all age groups, due to the smart phone addiction on the problem, this study's findings can be utilized as a basic material about the prevention in the future.

본 연구는 대학생들의 스마트폰 이용실태를 파악하고, 스마트폰 중독정도와 스마트폰 사용으로 인한 신체적, 정신적 건강상태를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자는 대학생 185명이며, 스마트폰 사용의 심리적 요소와 신체적 불편감을 측정하는 스마트폰 중독도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 대상자 185명 중 스마트폰 초기 중독 상태는 66%, 스마트폰에 대한 완전한 중독은 17%로 나타났다. 특히 스마트폰 사용에 대한 의존, 불안, 대인관계 장애 등을 보였고, 신체적 증상으로는 눈의 피로(31%), 근육통(15%), 신경계 장애(5%) 등을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 최근 늘어나고 있는 스마트폰 사용자에 대한 중독 정도를 파악하였으며, 대학생을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독에 따른 건강상태를 조사하여, 향후 모든 연령층을 대상으로 스마트폰중독에 따른 문제점을 예방하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
