The purpose of this study is psychodynamic together Art Therapy are combined to from psychodynamic Art Therapy that is to understand the theory of psychodynamic. The theory of Psychodynamic is this. first, a concept of psychodynamic and Basic, second, the basic principle of psychodynamic medicine is the Unique of Subjective Experience and The Unconscious, Psychic Determinism, Past Is Prologue, Transference, Countertransference, Resistance. The theory of therapy Psychodynamic is Ego Psychology and Object Relations Theory, Self Psychology, Postmodern Views. The method of therapy is intake and a kernel of emotion, second, free association and spontaneous expression for art, third, analysis of dream, fourth, Transference and Countertransference, fifth, a alliance of therapy and a barrier of therapy, sixth, a resistance and defense, seventh, a insight and analysis, eighth, an end of therapy and working through.

본 연구는 정신역동에 대한 전반적인 이론을 이해하고 정신역동을 미술치료에 접목하는데 그 목적이 있다. 정신역동 이론으로 첫째, 정신역동의 개념 및 기본과 둘째, 역동정신의학의 기본 원칙으로 주관적 경험의 독자적 가치 The Unique of Subjective Experience와 무의식(無意識, The Unconscious), 정신결정론(情神 決定論, Psychic Determinism), 서막(序幕)으로서의 과거(Past Is Prologue), 전이(轉移, Transference), 역전이(逆轉移, Countertransference), 저항(抵抗, Resistance)이 있다. 정신역동의 치료이론은 자아심리학(自我 心理學, Ego Psychology)과 대상관계이론(對象關係理論, Object Relations Theory), 자기심리학(自己 心理學, Self Psychology), 포스트모던적 시각(Postmodern Views)이 있다. 치료 방법은 첫째, 초기 면담과 핵심감정의 진단 둘째, 자유연상과 미술에 있어서 자발적인 표현 셋째, 꿈 해석 넷째, 전이와 역전이 다섯째, 치료동맹과 치료 장벽 여섯째, 저항과 방어 일곱째, 통찰과 해석 여덟째, 치료종결과 훈습이 있다. 본 연구는 정신역동적 미술치료의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 성정체성의 혼란과 또래관계 문제를 겪는 7세 남아를 연구 대상으로 하여 주1회 50분씩 27회기 동안 미술치료를 실시하여 성정체성을 찾고 또래관계 개선에 효과가 있는 결과를 도출하였다.
