This research was accomplished for the perception and demands of child care teachers' training program focused on the integrated education for disabled children. The research object was used 287 child care-teachers out of 300 who’s from 25 nurseries in K city and G province for real analysis. The questionnaire in this study was analyzed the training program about the child care-teacher for integrated education and related references from Kim Su Jin(2000). They reconstituted and used on its purpose. For analyzing the perception and demands of child care teachers' training program focused on the integrated education for disabled children, they examined mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) about each subfactor through the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. And it used the frequency, percentage and x2 verification for the perception and demand by the general background of child care-teacher. Technological freedom questions about ‘the perception and demands of child care teachers' training program focused on the integrated education for disabled children’ presented frequency and percentage after using by type. The result of this study was not understanding disabled children and integrated education concept through the perception and demand of disabled children’s child care-teachers’ training program or it needed training program for improve the real integrated education which is training education methods.

본 연구는 장애아 통합보육에 대한 현장중심 보육교사 연수프로그램 인식 및 요구에 대해서 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구대상은 K시와 G도 소재 25개 어린이 집 보육교사 300명중 287명의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 질문 지는 김수진 (2000)의 통합보육을 위한 보육교사연수프로그램 모형 개발의 질문 내용과 관련 문헌들 을 분석하여 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였다. 장애아 통합 보육에 대한 현 장중심 보육교사 연수프로그램 인식 및 요구를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그 램을 통해 각각의 하위요인에 대한 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD)를 살펴보았으 며, 보육교사의 일반 배경에 따른 인식 및 요구에 대한 빈도와 백분율, x2 검증을 사용하였다. 장애아 통합보 육에 대한 현장중심 보육교사 연수프로그램 인식 및 요구에 대한 자유기술 성 문항은 유 형별로 묶은 후 빈도와 백분율로 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과 장애아 통합보 육 교사 연수프 로그램 인식과 요구를 통해 장애아의 이해 및 통합보육 개념뿐만 아니라 실제 통합보육 연수교육방법 개선을 위한 현장중심 연수프로그램이 필요한 것으로 나타 났다.
