As for the offending allergens and the multiple sensitization between the indoor and outdoor antigen of Seoul city on the male and female children ( 12 age), the sample cluster extract was performed using the medical history data of Y medical practitioner's office for Otorhinolaryngology located in a new street of Seoul City. The study object was 44 allergy rhinitis patients who were checked as sure as symptoms through the allergen skin test from January 1st., 2002 till December 31th., 2007. The reference data was the result of the same test using 15 units as the diagnostic allergen extracts and all of 15 diagnostic allergen extracts expressed the high sensitivity in skin testing. As a result, the followings could be obtained. It coincides exactly with the studies of precedence researchers that the number of male patient is more than the ones of female patient as the confirmed allergy rhinitis. The most multisensitized outdoor antigens onto male and female patients are the ragweed pollen and the mugwort pollen. The most multisensitized indoor antigens onto male and female patients are the Dematophagoides. pteronys and the Dematophagoides. farinae and the dog hair and the cat fur. As for the male patients, the statistical significance exists in the multiple sensitization between ①the ragweed pollen (outdoor antigen) and the cat fur (indoor antigen), the ragweed pollen (outdoor antigen) and the Aspergillus (indoor antigen), the grass pollen (outdoor antigen) and the cat fur (indoor antigen), the grass pollen (outdoor antigen) and the Aspergillus (indoor antigen), the tree pollen (outdoor antigen) and the Aspergillus (indoor antigen). As for the female patients, the statistical significance exists in the multiple sensitization between the ragweed pollen (outdoor antigen) and the cat fur (indoor antigen). Viewing the present [ozone alert] system of Seoul city, which is issued openly and formally, it must not overlook that the young children's allergy rhinitis, which comes in Seoul city from the poor air pollution environment, can take a turn for the worse like the asthma and the others.

서울시 거주 12세 이하 소아 알레르기성 비염 남녀 환아들에 대한 기인항 원과 실외항원과 실내항원 사이의 중복감작에 관하여 서울시 신시 가지에 위치하는 Y 이비인후과 의원의 임상기록이 집락추출법으로 선택되 었다. 본 조사는 이 Y 이비인후과 의원에서 2002년 1월 1일부터 2007년 12월 31일까지 비염으로 통원 치료차 방문한 환자들 중 알레르기성 으로 의심되어 피부 단자시험을 시행하여 알레르기 비염으로 확진 된 44명 환자들의 의무기록사항을 대상으로 하였고 참고자료로서 동 환자 들에게 15개 진단용 알레르기 항원을 사용하여 나타난 피부단자 시 험결과가 사용되었는데 15개 진단용 항원들은 피부 단자시험에서 모두가 감수성이 높게 나타나는 것들이다. 결과로서 다음 사항들이 얻어졌 다. 즉, 알레르기성 비염으로 확진된 남성 환아와 여성 환아의 비가 1.4 : 1 로 남성 환아가 많음은 다른 여러 선행 연구자들의 연구결과와 일치 한다. 남성 환아 및 여성 환아에게 실외 항원으로 중복감작에 가장 많이 감 작하는 것이 돼지 풀 항원 및 산쑥 항원이다. 남성 환아 및 여성 환 아에게 실내항원으로 중복감작에 가장 많이 감작하는 것이 미국 및 유럽 집 먼지 진드기, 개 털과 고양이 털이다. 남성 환아의 경우 ① 돼지 풀 화분 항원과 고양이털, ② 돼지 풀 화분 항원과 아스퍼길러스 곰팡이 항원, ③ 잔디 풀 화분 항원과 고양이털, ④ 잔디 풀 화분 항원과 아스퍼 길러스 곰팡이 항원, ⑤ 나무 화분 항원과 아스퍼길러스 곰팡이 항원과의 감작에 유의한 연관성이 있다. 여성 환아의 경우 돼지 풀 화분 항원 과 고양이털 항원과의 감작에 유의한 연관성이 있다. 현재 서울시에서 공 식적이고 공개적으로 발령하는 [오존경보] 체계를 볼 경우 대기오염 상황이 열악한 환경에 거주하는 소아들의 알레르기성 비염 발생과 중복감 작을 통한 천식 등의 심각한 질병으로의 발전을 간과해서는 안 된다.
