The purpose of the study was to investigate the influential factors that affects university students' adjustment. We used the data of Korea Education and Employment Panel(KEEP) of year 2008(4th), year 2010(6th). In the results, some factors such as gender, grade pont, home discipline, university environment had positive impacts on university students' adjustment. Especially, the social adjustments of 2-year college students and 4-year university students in regional areas were higher than those of 4-year university students in urban area. In addition, the satisfaction rate of graduated students from special-purpose high school and career counselling system of university had positive impacts on school attachment. We suggested the universities' role of career counselling supports.

본 연구의 목적은 대학1∼2학년생의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 2008년(4차), 2010년(6차) 한국교육·고용패널 원자료를 바탕으로 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 성별과 학점, 고교시절 가정진로지도, 대학의 물리․환경적 지원은 대학생의 학업적 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 2·3년제 전문 대학생과 지방출신의 학생은 수도권 4년제 대학재학생에 비하여 사회적 적응이 높았다. 또한 특목고출신 학생과 대학의 진로상담시스템에 대한 만족은 학교 애착 정도에도 긍정적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 대학교는 이제 우수 학생의 유치에서 한걸음 더 나아가 재학생들의 학교생활 유지와 적응과 관련하여 대학의 물리․환경적 시스템 구축 뿐 아니라 진로상담과 관련된 다양한 지원책을 개발하여 행동화할 필요성이 있다.
