This study has been performed to improve the treatment of coaches in sports places through training sports coaches as righteous professionals by continuously researching the duties of coaches so that it ultimately can promote their status. The data of 389 people have been analyzed with SPSS 17.0 program and the conclusion is as follows. First, regarding the differences between organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention depending on sociodemographic characteristics of coaches in sports centers, female job satisfaction is meaningfully high in working condition as a subfactor of job satisfaction in terms of gender. Depending on age and working duration all the factors of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention are meaningfully different and depending on majors all the factors are not meaningfully different. Also, depending on coaches’ income in sports centers, education training, employee benefit, job satisfaction and turnover intention as sub-factors of organizational commitment and job satisfaction are meaningfully different. Second, among the factors of organizational commitment coaches in sports centers, affective commitment and calculative commitment have a meaningful effect on turnover intention. Third, among the factors of job satisfaction in sports centers, education training, working condition and employee benefit have a meaningful influence on turnover intention.
