The purpose of this study was to examine the model indicated relationship among enjoyment, exercise flow and continuous behavior for helping strategy of population of sports. To do this, data was collected from 400 participants who enjoy water-sports at the place by convenience sampling and then were used 364 datas. As for statistical method for data processing, this research conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling by using SPSS 18.0 and LISREL 8.3. The finding of this study were as follows. First, a result of confirmatory factor analysis of examination on the model showed that the model fit with enjoyment, exercise flow and continuous behavior. Second, a result of structural equation modeling showed that participant’s enjoyment affects exercise flow. Also, exercise flow affects continuous behavior highly and enjoyment does not affect exercise flow.
