This study investigates the consciousness and criticality evaluation structures of city dwellers on public rental apartments. The analysis results of survey questionnaires indicate that the ordinary city dwellers regard the public rental apartments more positive than rental apartment dwellers, and they strongly feel the necessity of rental apartment construction (70%). In addition, more than half of them hope to move into the public rental apartments. In addition, the classification of city dwellers produced four different dweller types. Although each dweller type has a different evaluation structure, pursuing the convenience, safety, and comfort of living was raised as an important issue in planning the public rental apartments.. Finally, city dwellers prefer healthy and eco-friendly apartments, and they expect the introduction of safety and energy saving systems. Thus, it is concluded that developing the health-oriented and eco-friendly techniques and introducing security facility systems should be considered very positively in future.

본 연구는 공공임대아파트에 대한 도시주민의 의식구조와 중요도 평가구조를 규명한 것이다. 분석 결과 공공임대아파트에 대한 일반도시주민의 인식은 임대아파트거주자에 비해 비교적 긍정적이며 건립에 대한 필요성(7할)을 강하게 느끼고 있고 과반이 입주를 희망하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주택 환경의 중요도 평가로부터 도시 주민의 유형화결과 4개의 유형이 추출 되었으며 각 유형별 평가구조를 달리 하고 있으나 편리성 및 안전성과 쾌적성 추구가 아파트 계획시 주요한 과제로 대두 되었다. 또한, 건강과 환경 친화적인 아파트에 대한 선호도가 높으며 안전 시스템과 에너지절약 시스템 도입을 원하고 있어 금후 건강지향적이고 환경친화적인 수법개발과 보안및 소비 절약형의 설비시스템 도입이 적극적으로 검토되어야 함을 알수 있다.
