This study is on the development of high speed cement blending machine and manufacturing process for the production of high functional concrete. In the proposed process, the blending is composed of three stages. At the first, cement, slag, and flying ash are mixed and at the second, water is added and blended at high speed in the blending machine developed. Finally aggregate is added and blended. By the process, high functional concrete can be produced rapidly and continuously in the plant. And the proposed process can be applied to existing batcher plant.

본 연구는 고기능의 콘크리트를 연속, 고속으로 생산하기 위하여 사용되는 시멘트 고속혼합기와 그것을 이용한 레미콘 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 제안된 레미콘 제조 방법에서는 소정의 배합비율로 만들어진 시멘트 혼합재와 물 혼화제를 시멘트 고속 혼합기에 별도로 투입하여 고속 혼합시킨 다음, 그 혼합물을 입자가 큰 골재와 함께 콘크리트 믹서에서 혼합시켜 콘크리트를 생산한다. 이 방법에 의하여 단시간 내에 고강도의 레미콘을 연속적으로 얻을 수 있고, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 기존의 배처 플랜트에 적용시켜 불필요한 생산설비를 줄일 수 있고, 내부 부품의 마모를 방지해줌으로써 유지보수 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
