Green Finance is a future-oriented form of finance, which purposes are to seek financial industry advancement, environmental improvement and economical growth, and has been considered as a measure for resolving climate change and global warming. The perspectives of society on the environment has changed at the threats of ecological crisis as well as resource crisis and the fossil energy-based growth has reached its’ limit. Thus, the paradigm for management of business is being shifted into sustainable management with the consideration of the aspects of environment, society, and corporate governance. Also, the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility is being emphasized for continued existence of the business. This study aimed to promote the green financial systems of both countries and, furthermore, to contribute to the training of acts development in line with the conditions of China and South Korea by i experts by promoting personnel exchange.

금융산업 발전, 환경개선 및 경제성장을 동시에 추구하는 복합적인 목적을 지닌 미래지향적인 금융형태인 녹색금융은 지구온난화로 인한 기후변화 문제를 해결하기 위한 해결방법으로 떠오르고 있다. 환경위기와 자원위기를 동시에 직면하면서 기업 및 사회 전반적으로 환경에 대한 인식이 증대되고, 기존의 화석에너지 사용위주의 성장은 자원과 환경위기의 도래로 한계에 도달하여 기업의 경영페러다임이 환경·사회·지배구조의 측면을 모두 고려한 지속가능 경영으로 변화되고 있으며, 기업의 장기 존속을 위해서 사회적 책임경영이 중시되는 등 녹색금융의 역할이 강조되고 있는 상황에서 본 논문은 중국과 한국 양국의 녹색금융제도를 검토함으로써 각국의 상황에 부합하는 녹색금융상품을 개발할 수 있도록 촉진하고, 인적인 교류를 통해 전문인력 양성에 기여함에 그 목적이 있다.
