The Gangwon-yeongdong district make and develop only an area-brand through architecture-remodeling methods about tradition and modern building. Through the develop area-brand improve the new consideration of yeongdong district for land business and suggest methods of land design and marketing.
Architecture-remodeling consist in 4-steps, which are timeworn-correspondence, efficiency-improvement, service-alteration and renovation. All cities and countries in the yeongdong district is unified by integral ubiquitous system and then compartmentalize three-zone, which are first-zone for travel and green land, second-zone for global business and culture, third-zone for industry and engineer through the sustainable green-energy.
