The purpose of this study is to apprehend characteristic of space in dual use library. Library of Korea have been many changes. Those changes have a goal to meet the diverse needs of residents, community promotion, the active region. This is consistent with the trend of the library shown in a foreign country. Libraries in foreign countries have made a variety of efforts for the better library.
Movement happening actively these day is an dual use library.
We need to know about dual use library more showing different aspect with Korea. I studied how to show spatial configuration in dual use libraries and how to stand closer to the community and what kind of characteristic the library shown. By shopping these features, the result of this study is utilized as basic materials in the future plans of libraries.
