There are three constituents in the context of ‘Han’. They are monism, epistemology, axiology. The philosophy of ‘Han’ refers to life and death as whole oneness. The purpose of life is serving the society. Han's Contribution to the societal development is valued more than individual worth. Pacific nature of ‘Han’ emphasizes the importance of rational discussions. Three integrals make up the essence of ‘Han’: earth, sky, man. These three integrations public togetherness with the importance of education lie in the foundation of traditional Koryo culture. Han's Public common characteristics can be found in the Buryat nationals living in Baikal area and ‘Han’ Public Common characteristics of “Tangun sinhwa” and “Abay gesera”. Agglutinative Korean and Burayt languages. Public Common characteristics of Buryat and Korean tombs, dishes and ‘okki’. It is related with Shamanism proclaiming freedom and life. Ability for a certain nation to develop its culture while being part of a bigger state is the essence of that state’s prosperity. Korean cultural center in Burytiya; director Ligay Genadiy Sergeevich, gynecologist, honored doctor of Burytiya, Han is related with Public-Common spirit which becomes global mediator among multi-cultural global society.
