Based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), this research examined the utilization of the e-learning system in the context of public employee's e-learning. The results are as follows. First, the perceived joy has significant effects on perceived ease of use in contrast with perceived interaction. Second, the perceived ease of use has the most significant effects on perceived usefulness after comparing other variables, followed by perceived joy and perceived interaction as significant but weaker predictors. In addition, the moderating effect of computer self-efficacy on relationship between perceived ease of use and attitude of use was found to be significant. Finally Comparing with other endogenous variables, the perceived usefulness is the most significant factor which is directly related to the attitude of public employee' s e-learning system. Therefore, In a new perspective, this research examined significantly influencing factors that affect public employee's attitude of the e-learning system and also perceived joy have an important effects on TAM.

본 연구는 기술수용모형을 사이버학습시스템에 적용하여 공공부문 구성원들에 의한 사이버학습 활용을 실증적으로 검정함을 목적으로 하였다. 분석결과의 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버학습시스템의 지각된 용이성의 경우 지각된 상호작용성은 영향을 미치지 못하지만 지각된 즐거움은 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성에는 지각된 용이성이 다른 외생변수들에 비해 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 사용태도에는 지각된 유용성이 가장 높은 영향을 미쳤으며, 다음으로 지각된 용이성 , 지각된 즐거움 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 용이성과 사용태도간의 관계에서 컴퓨터 자기효능감의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 조사되었다. 즉, 매개변수를 통한 간접효과만을 모두 고려한다면 지각된 즐거움에서 사용의도에 이르는 경로가 가장 중요하다는 사실이 입증되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 사이버학습시스템의 사용의도에 대한 중요한 영향요인들을 새로운 관점에서 발견하였으며, 특히 기술수용모형상의 지각된 즐거움이 매우 중요한 요인으로 조사되었다.
