The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of participation and satisfaction of Golf Course work which the students took as major class to select or change their career choice through a questionnaire. This study surveyed from the 20 males 10 females golf major students of K University in C city. The survey was conducted by random sampling method and the results showed that students felt more difficulty for theoretical training than skill training and overall appeal to worry about their future career. Also, students were very interested in golf-related industries and do some extra preparation for that. For the question of benefits of major classes to decide their job, 15 students (50%) were helpful and the remaining 15 students (50%) answered not greatly help. It was speculated that major classes to students in choosing their career were a little bit insufficient. Students who have high participation and understanding of the course were more interest in the golf industry and better grades and eventually influenced to self- select career prospects. Thus, the college as higher education should consider the students in terms of educational care and develop course work system to provide more opportunities and assistance for self-development through education.
