This study started and proposed with needs of integrated procurement management, supporting corporation relationship about factory manufacturing materials with design product for marketing in construction company. The final goal of this study is for a large number of construction projects with using similar design or same materials in detail part, to supply products to institutions and businesses, trend of residential environment, such as major strategies impact of the trends and factors, factory manufacturing materials in a repeat work. The proposed standardized design for the type of short-term and based on these standards and architectural components involved in projects, designers, parts manufacturing plant, to the scene to lead and manage the supply chain, a collaboration between the production system for the building and applied practices guidelines for verification. Through applying collaborattion model for integrated procurement to headquarters of the field do their business for the standard model of the design and operation, design company can avoid duplication and rework. Construction product factory can reduce parts and production systems waste such as rearranging tasks and collaboration with partners months factory production schedules and inventory management, cost reduction opportunities to be able to perform to increase the quality and precision and can increase as the size and capabilities. Site manager will be given accuracy of construction materials and productivity from the various field operations and management topics the improvement of existing models to ensure more effective and maintenance inventory management reduces unnecessary redundancy and defects.

최근 건물의 고층화에 따라 공기 단축이나 사업비 절감, 품질 향상의 측면에서 습식공사보다는 표준화된 공장생산 자재를 이용한 건식공사의 적용을 확대하려는 시도가 증가하고 있으며, 사업의 규모가 커짐에 따라 건설프로젝트의 생산에 참여하는 참여 주체의 수도 증가하고 있어 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서 참여 주체간의 효과적인 협업생산체계 구축이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본연구는 다음과 같은 세가지 목표와 방법으로 결과를 도출하였으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째는 대상선정단계에서 도출된 협업지원을 통한 관리요구공종의 도출 및 개선가능성과 개선효과이며, 다음은 주요관리공종인 커튼월의 협업을 위한 중요관리요소와 그 우선순위의 도출을 수행하였다.단계별로 도출된 산출물들과 타 프로세스와의 관계 등을 복합적으로 가중치를 고려한 우선순위 도출 결과는 공장생산능력, 규격화/유니트화 여부, 실물대시험일정, 적시 조달여부, 작업기간과 범위의 파악, 설치 위치, 현장시공현황의 가시화, 물량, 예상운송시간정보, 설계완료 일정 등이 전체 커튼월 공사에서 중요한 것으로 나타났고 이들의 의사소통이 중요함을 알 수 있다 프로세스분석을 통한 각 단계의 투입물과 산출물, 그리고 담당조직을 작업내용과 모델링하여 관리우선순위를 반영한 협업의사소통의 기초적 모델을 제시하였으며, 이를 통하여 향후 정보관리를 수행하거나 설계 및 계획단계 ~ 시공단계에 이르는 매뉴얼 및 지침서에 활용 가능하다.
