A Study on relationship between college student as pre-service early childhood teacher's decision making and professionalism recognition in Gyeongju

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between college student as pre-service early childhood teacher's decision making, and professionalism recognition in Gyeongju. The data was collected by questionnaires method from 219 college students. The instruments were college student decision making and professionalism recognition. The results of the study were as follows : (1) Pre-service early childhood teachers' decision making meaningfully related to their professionalism recognition positively. (2) Early childhood teachers' decision making has influence on their professionalism recognition. In summary, preparatory early childhood teachers to be good early childhood education teachers, decision making has
significant implication for professionalism recognition.
