The purpose of this paper is to promote a rhythm life in a child-care center, especially for Waldorf followers. This is a case study on establishing and maintaining the Rythm and Routine Life of the Seonam Waldorf Child-Care Center in Seoul. The writer, as a teacher of the kindergarten, has established and maintained daily rhythm, weekly rhythm, monthly rhythm and yearly rhythm for many years. Through these experience, some considerations those teacher should keep in mind as Wardorf followers are suggested, and also some special hints are mentioned for a harmonious rhythm life. Additionally, the Dongji monthly rhythm at the Seonam Waldorf Child-Care Center for December is presented for your reference.

본 논문은 발도르프 어린이집에서의 올바른 리듬생활의 정착화를 위해서, 서울 서남발도르프 어린이집에서의 리듬생활을 고찰한 것이다. 발도르프유아교육을 오랫동안 실천하고 있는 교사로서 필자는 일일리듬, 주간리듬, 월간리듬, 연간리듬의 리듬생활을 어떻게 만들고 가꾸며 생활할 수 있는지, 월간리듬생활의 실제 중 ‘동지리듬 생활’을 예로 제시하여, 리듬생활을 만들고 가꾸고자 하는 현장교사들에게 자료가 되도록 하였다. 끝으로 리듬 생활의 경험을 중요하게 여겨지는 점들을 발도르프 현장 교사의 마음가짐과 리듬생활 중의 유의할 점으로서 제언하였다.
