The research which sees there is to relationship of team cohesive force and community attachment morality of area Taekwondo demonstrative grade and verifies the mediation effect of affiliation feeling the goal there was. In order to attain like this research goal the Seoul Metropolitan Government 4 places, 267 people of area Taekwondo demonstrative grade of 4 places of the Kyonggi-Do area was a ticket collected goods. Used question and collected with afterwords drew a data, a same conclusion. First, the team cohesive force of area Taekwondo demonstrative grade affects partially in community attachment degree. Namely, group social cohesive force identity and personal social cohesive force dependency, the group social cohesive force and group subject cohesive force reach intimacy frost zero anti. Second, the team cohesive force of area Taekwondo demonstrative grade affects partially in affiliation feeling. Namely, group social cohesive force, group subject cohesive force social binding together feeling, the group social cohesive force affects in social firm belief feeling. Three, the result which verifies the mediation effect of affiliation feeling from relationship of team cohesive force and community attachment morality of area Taekwondo demonstrative grade, was a independent arm and subordinate arm humanity and justice the model of the effect which is direct affiliation feeling appeared with the fact that the verification power of one model and explanation power are bigger with mediation.
