In this study elderly welfare facilities and recreational sports services job satisfaction of workers are intended to identify the factors. Through which workers improve their job satisfaction among the elderly high-quality plans and to provide a service to leisure, sport as its purpose. In order to achieve the purpose of this study recreational sports facilities in seoul rehabilitation facilities for the aged personnel to survey 96 people on the basis of this data were analyzed by SPSS 14.0 program. the major findings of this study are as follows: First, job satisfaction level of sub-element of fellow worker, job itself, the director or supervisor, advancement opportunities, salary was higher the order, promotion opportunities and wages were lower than average satisfaction. Second, according to demographic characteristics compared to job satisfaction factors in the gender wage, education of the job itself, fellow workers were not significantly different from the elements.
